The Concept of Spectrum

For nearly 15 years I have had the privilege to serve as a pastor with the Assemblies of God in the Louisiana District, primarily in the Greater New Orleans region.

During Hurricane Katrina in 2005, I coordinated the relief and response efforts for Hosanna Church New Orleans and the Louisiana District Assemblies of God and I saw firsthand the impact pastors and churches were able to make when resources were placed in their hands. The concept of Spectrum was birthed during that crisis as I realized that unless pastors have the necessary tools and logistical support to respond to the needs of their communities they will not experience the fulfillment of their vision.

Our purpose is simple: Partner with pastors by identifying their vision and offer customized services and support to expedite their goals and objectives. We assist with placing the necessary operational and administrative resources in their hands while they focus on reaching new converts, developing disciples and expanding their overall ministry.

Having served as a pastor for over a decade, I understand the complexities and challenges of operating a non-profit 501c3 corporation while maintaining the proper perspective towards reaching people and building a healthy well-rounded church. We exist to serve churches and pastors who desire to expand their staff and operate their organization at a more synchronized level.
